Pigments and Physical Products
Customers have the right to cancel and return eligible physical products within 14 days of receiving their order in accordance with applicable UK consumer protection laws.
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened, used, damaged, or tampered products, including pigments, cannot be returned or refunded unless the item is faulty, damaged upon delivery, or incorrectly supplied.
To qualify for a return, products must be unused, unopened, in their original packaging, and in a resalable condition.
If a return is approved, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or supplied in error. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by law.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographs of the item and packaging.
Online Courses and Digital Content
All online courses, digital downloads, training materials, and other digital content are non-refundable.
By purchasing and accessing digital content, you expressly agree that access may begin immediately and acknowledge that your statutory cancellation rights may be lost once the digital content has been accessed, downloaded, streamed, or made available to you.
Live Training Courses
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your place in any live training course.
All deposits are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances, including changes in personal circumstances, scheduling conflicts, travel issues, or failure to attend the training.
If you are unable to attend, we may, at our sole discretion, allow your deposit to be transferred to a future training date provided that written notice is received at least 14 days before the scheduled training date.
Training fees paid beyond the deposit may be subject to separate cancellation terms provided at the time of booking.
If a training course is cancelled by the instructor or organizer, participants will be offered either a transfer to a future training date or a refund of payments made, excluding any non-refundable expenses already incurred by the participant, such as travel or accommodation costs.
